IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and q777 ("q777," "we," "us," "our"). You must be at least 21 years of age to use q777's services, as required under Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the q777 platform.
1 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
- "Platform" means the q777 website, mobile web application, and all associated gaming services accessible at q777.asia and its subdomains.
- "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
- "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is using q777's services.
- "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game or event available on the Platform.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account by q777.
- "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player using approved payment methods, excluding Bonus Funds.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that licenses and regulates online gaming operations in the Philippines.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals and certain account actions.
- "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date from which these Terms apply.
2 Eligibility
Access to and use of the q777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law. q777 enforces age verification during registration and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of q777 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by q777 or by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
- You must not have had a previous q777 Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
q777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings obtained in breach of eligibility requirements.
3 Account Registration
To access real-money gaming services on q777, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:
- Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
- You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. Any changes must be updated promptly through your Account settings or by contacting q777 support.
- q777 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or upon detection of suspicious activity.
- Accepted KYC documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, PRC ID, voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership where required.
- q777 may refuse to open an Account or may close an existing Account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons, subject to applicable law.
4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. The following obligations apply:
- You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. q777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
- You must notify q777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
- q777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA can be activated via Account Settings after login.
- q777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
- q777 reserves the right to lock or suspend an Account if suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation and identity verification.
For your protection, q777 maintains a full login history accessible from your Account dashboard. You can review all recent login sessions, including device type, location, and timestamp. If you notice any unfamiliar session, change your password immediately and contact q777 support.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
q777 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all of which are compliant with Philippine financial regulations:
- E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
- Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
- Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts
The following payment methods are not accepted on q777 and must not be used to fund your Account:
- Credit cards (credit card gambling deposits are prohibited under Philippine regulations)
- Cryptocurrency of any kind
- Third-party payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name
Additional conditions governing deposits and withdrawals:
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.
- All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. q777 does not accept third-party deposits.
- Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may be required to do so before a withdrawal is processed.
- q777 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
- q777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending fraud checks, KYC completion, or investigation of suspected Terms violations.
- All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player's payment provider.
q777 operates a strict same-name policy: the payment method used for deposits must match the verified name on your q777 Account. Mismatched payment details may result in transaction rejection and Account review.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
q777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:
- Bonuses are available to Players who have completed Account registration and, where required, identity verification.
- Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
- Bonus Funds and Real Money Balance are tracked separately in your Account wallet. Real Money Balance is used first in all wagers unless otherwise specified.
- q777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's Account will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
- q777 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other form of bonus abuse.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method.

7 Gaming Rules
All games available on the q777 Platform are governed by the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each individual game:
- All games on q777 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers under regulated conditions. Game outcomes are fair, random, and not influenced by q777 or any third party.
- Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
- In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a wager, q777 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the Player's Account. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not payable.
- Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. q777 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the Player's end.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. q777 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
- q777 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed in error, placed on an event with an obvious pricing error, or placed in a manner that exploits a technical vulnerability.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the q777 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Engaging in collusion with other Players, including coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms or game mechanics.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software, games, or security systems.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. q777 complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward q777 staff or other Players.
- Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform. Players who discover a bug are required to report it to q777 support immediately and must not exploit it for financial gain.
q777 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all Account activity in real time. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. Confirmed violations will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including Real Money Balance, where permitted by applicable law.
9 Responsible Gaming
q777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable individuals from the potential harms associated with gambling. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all Players:
- Age Restriction: q777 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately closed and any deposits refunded, with winnings forfeited.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account dashboard. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Players may set loss limits to cap the amount they can lose within a defined period. Loss limits can be configured in Account Settings under Responsible Gaming.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may set session duration reminders that will notify them when they have been playing for a specified period of time.
- Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be accessed for gaming purposes.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from q777 may request self-exclusion by contacting q777 support. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the minimum period selected and cannot be reversed at the Player's request during that period.

10 Intellectual Property
All content on the q777 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of q777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
- You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of q777.
- The q777 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of q777. Unauthorized use of q777 trademarks is strictly prohibited.
- Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to q777 regarding the Platform may be used by q777 without restriction or compensation to you.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, q777's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows:
- q777 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- q777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime.
- q777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms shall limit q777's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager on q777. q777 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the Platform, provided that the Platform has operated in accordance with these Terms and applicable regulations.
12 Termination & Account Closure
Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting q777 support. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and any applicable withdrawal conditions.
- Closure by q777 for Cause: q777 may immediately suspend or permanently close your Account, and forfeit any balances therein, if you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or if q777 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive.
- Closure by q777 Without Cause: q777 reserves the right to close any Account at its discretion with reasonable notice, in which case any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player.
- Upon Account closure, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 10, 11, and 13 — shall continue to apply.
13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to q777's internal dispute resolution process by contacting q777 support.
- q777 aims to resolve all Player disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal complaint. Complex disputes may require additional time, and q777 will communicate expected timelines to the Player.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved through q777's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
- You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines.
14 Amendments to These Terms
q777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The following process applies to amendments:
- Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Players via email notification to the address registered on their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
- Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without prior notice.
- Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
- The current version of these Terms is always available at q777.asia/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
